Hiring foreigners? The right support makes all the difference!

Is your business growing and you want to expand your team with international employees? Or perhaps you are just at the beginning of this journey and believe it’s worth taking? Our mission is to streamline the process and support you at every stage. We are here for you.

You don’t need to know the terms, the process order, or the specialist names. That’s what we are here for.

Comprehensive Employment Support

Running a business comes with great responsibility, a constant flow of tasks, tight deadlines, and ever-changing regulations. This is especially true when employing foreign workers. The industry is highly demanding, and the procedures — unforgiving.

Now, imagine how much easier it is to manage your company when one of these responsibilities is entirely taken off your shoulders. For your employee, residence legalization is a matter of “to be or not to be” — and that’s exactly the responsibility we fully take on ourselves.

Residence legalization

An application for a temporary or permanent residence permit must be submitted exclusively online no later than the last day of your legal stay in Poland.

Polish law provides the following types of temporary residence (TR) and work permits:

    • For performing work in a profession requiring high qualifications (Blue Card).
    • For working in Poland when seconded by a foreign employer.
    • For running a business.
    • For studying at a higher education institution.
    • For conducting scientific research.
    • For family members of Polish citizens and family members of foreigners.
    • Residence permits for other circumstances (subject to consultation).

A foreigner may apply for a permanent residence permit if they meet the conditions set out in the Act on Foreigners. Polish law provides the following types of permanent residence permits:

  • Permanent residence permit (legalization in Poland), intended for:
    • holders of the Pole’s Card (Karta Polaka).
    • persons under international protection or tolerated stay
    • children of Polish citizens and foreigners who have permanent residence or EU long-term resident status in Poland.
    • spouses of Polish citizens,
  • EU long-term resident residence permit, intended for persons who have resided in Poland for at least 5 years and have insurance and a stable source of income in Poland.
  • Residence permits in special cases:
    • permission for residence on humanitarian grounds
    • permission for tolerated stay
Both of these permits are issued ex officio by the Border Guard (there is no possibility to apply for these forms of residence legalization in Poland) during proceedings regarding the foreigner’s obligation to return.

Work legalization

A proper work permit is required for every foreigner coming to Poland from outside the EU.
